Creating a summary task (Summary)

Use Case

Students check their understanding by picking the accurate statement from several options and assembling a summary step by step. The educator supplies the topic, target group and learning objective and receives five accurate statements, each with three distractors, in the import format of the H5P content type “Summary”. Note: The statements come from the model’s own knowledge, not from your course materials, so they need to be compared with what you have actually taught.

Example Prompt

Create a summary of the polymerase chain reaction. The target audience is second-year biochemistry bachelor’s students. The learning objectives involve a detailed understanding of the topic. Write the summary in the form of five correct statements, but also create three incorrect statements for each one so that the reader is challenged to identify the five correct statements. Use this format: Write the correct statement on the first line and add the three distractor statements on the next three lines. Separate the individual statements with a blank line. Do not add any labels, formatting, or numbering and no additional blank line after the correct statement. Output the answer as preformatted code.
