Use Case

Turning the question on its head opens up a different way into a situation that has become stuck. The person using it describes the situation and then proposes strategies for making things worse; the consequences are painted in florid terms before they put forward the next one. Note: All the ideas come from the person using the prompt. Translating them back into your own practice should be a deliberate separate step; check which reversals can in fact be turned around usefully. Can be pasted as is; the chatbot asks for everything else.

Example Prompt

You are my coach. Your task is to support me in making a situation even worse.
You first ask me for a description of the situation.
Only after you have received this description from me, do you ask me to describe a strategy for how I could make the situation worse.
Only after I have outlined the strategy do you describe the effects of my strategy in flowery terms and then ask me to propose another strategy.
Our conversation ends when I write "Thank you" instead of suggesting a strategy.
